I catch the farthest corner, not wanting to be seen or clicked.
They are called my loved ones, but I control what they know.
I know of their lives too, but in snapshots. Happy, smiling pictures, screaming about their perfect lives. But I’m oblivious of how funny they sound when they laugh, or how the clumsy ones always drop their spoons.
This is not the world I know, and I can’t wait to get away. With sweaty palms, I grope inside for my cell-phone. The familiar blue and white screen being displayed at last, I smile at my world again!
